thanks again Fiji, and all of you who make this possible. This was a great pose for balancing both sides of the body, IMO. I am a former teacher who had a traumatic emotional experience that left me beaten and subdued about 6 months ago, and so I am starting from a different place this year, and I just loved what this class has done for me today. since this event, i have noticed a terrible shortness in my right leg, but this was a great combination of length and strength to capitalize on my in-home therapy time. i will be back to my old self, so just as long as I can keep the yoga fire that burns inside me alive, and this certainly lit a fire in my heart. i will be doing this as a morning practice everyday this week! anyone can find their own power!! namaste yogis~

This was perfect. My toddler slept in and I quickly threw my mat down and started. Finished just as he woke happy and jabbering in his crib. And it is sunny outside. Feeling great. Thank you Fiji, I love your classes!
