Some of this workout was too difficult for me, but I very easily modified to add some time-outs (childs pose or down dog) when I needed to catch my breath. I will continue doing this one, hopefully adding more as I get stronger.
I love this class. It is the perfect length for my busy schedule and actually allows me to fit in yoga everyday. It is both intense and intentional. Please Fiji, consider sharing more classes like this, brief and powerful. Your cues are easy to follow and you have such a great demeanor. Many thanks for your positive influence in my day!
