Some of this workout was too difficult for me, but I very easily modified to add some time-outs (childs pose or down dog) when I needed to catch my breath. I will continue doing this one, hopefully adding more as I get stronger.

I love this class. It is the perfect length for my busy schedule and actually allows me to fit in yoga everyday. It is both intense and intentional.
