As a devoted "Beginner" for the past year, I thought I would up my game a little and try an Intermediate class. Wow! I tried this with the many modifications I have learned with the beginner videos and still had to stop half way and get a towel for the sweat pouring off me. Being able to complete this class as demonstrated will be a new goal for me. Thank you!
It captures everything , flow ,intensity, power ,relaxing all in a beautiful dance with your body and mind, I love all of Fiji Classes cause they challenge me and make me hungry to learn more.....THANKS FIJI!!!
