Wonderful class. I was looking for something relaxing but longer than 36 minutes, but decided to try it. It seemed so deliciously long that I figured I must have misread the time. It seemed like a wonderfully relaxing hour, so will be a great go to before bed practice.

Great class as always. Poses could be held longer - I feel it disrupts me to pause/play - I just like to be led :) but what I hugely appreciated was the absolute absence of the mention of 'menstruating'! I know poses have related contraindications or benefits but I suffer PMDD so the verbal association I find in most restorative classes, does not aid relaxation for me.

Hello David,
I've been away for some tIme with diagnosed lumbago which was very painful and restricting, but now I'm back :-) and after finding this class I'm addicted to it. It helps my flexibility, pain and overall well being feeling. I have a question thou, is there any other class you can recommend before or after this class for days when I want to practise for longer? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Glad to be back with you and the DYWM team, Gillian

Hi Gilly. Thanks for the kind words. If you were to do another class, would you want one that is similar to this class?

Hi David, yes a class similar to this one would be great. I'm an absolute beginner and my back is an ongoing issue. I am still having the annoying lumbago symptoms although better than it was. After this class it seems to loosen up and I have more movement and less pain/stiffness. I wouldn't want to over do things but would like to keep it going a little longer sometimes. What do you think?
Many thanks for your time and help, Namaste :-)

I feel like your best approach would be to choose 'Restorative' under Style on our Yoga Classes page. That will give you all of the classes that are similar in approach to this one. Then you could choose the one that sounds like it may be most beneficial for you. Does that make sense?
