Loved the class and enjoyed the three distinctive sections. The poses were long enough for me as usually I don't hold for as long as might be more beneficial for me so this was good!

David, I have a question. During the legs up the wall when we were in the figure-4 pose you cued to push against the knees - usually we're cued to not push directly on a joint so wondering if I could cue this as to press slightly above the knee on the thigh, or is on the knee directly an essential part of the pose?
