I really benefited from the release and letting go, however I definitely would appreciate a slower version as well. I paused the video several times because I felt like I needed to hold the some of the poses longer. The music didn't bother me. Awesome class!

The ending Shavasana with the visuals you brought in were spot on amazing and really brought tears of release to my soul (and physically, as well).
It's a deep stretch that mightn't suit complete beginners or those with any mobility issues, which makes it more powerful for me.
On day 74 of 365 yoga sadhana and this was what my body craved!
