Renewing Power in Flow: Twists
Fiji redefines 'power' in this flow class by warming the body with vinyasa, then delivering a creative series of challenging twists. It is the first - and one of the shorter versions - of a series Fiji calls 'Renewing Power in Flow'.

It was a wonderful session with you Fiji, am also new to this website. I used to go to yoga classes, but now with kids and job, these online classes are great to work anytime we find time for. Only 1 remark : You were sometimes going to fast, not really enjoying the breathing,specially when doing the cobra, plank to downward facing dog... Otherwise, keep on being so wonderful!

I am so impressed with the articulation of descriptions for the poses from Fiji.
I have been practicing yoga for a long time , many styles and teachers through the years and I continue to be honoured each time I come to the mat for another class with Fiji; her acuracy and thoroughness of the descriptive language used is far more comprehensive than with any other teacher I have studyied with . She seems to be a natural.
I wish I lived close enough to study with her in person. I am so grateful to have found these classes and will definatly be making a donation. thank you. and namaste.
After 11 years away from my yoga mat, I have restarted with your videos. I had a pretty vigorous practice then, and am glad to find my poor old body has plenty of muscle memory!! Started with a beginner Vinyasa video and did that twice, but this Intermediate video with twists really hits the spot. I found my old flow , rhythm and breathing with vinyasas, and great heat and intensity by the middle of the practice.
I fell out of Ashtanga yoga because I couldn't coordinate my schedule with the studio's. This way of practicing allows me to stick with it at home, and fit it anywhere in my day... fantastic!
