I am just getting back into yoga and this was my first video. It was wonderful! I am not going through any particular grief (more so anxiety) and I really felt comforted and soothed afterwards. The positions were beginner level and Nicky did an excellent job instructing us. Someone commented that the breathing in the beginning dragged on but I found it just right. It takes me awhile to get into the yoga mindset and allow myself to breath naturally. I also found that practicing yoga in the comfort of my own home works best for me. I'm so happy I found this website!! Thank you!
