I've done three of Nicky's videos so far, and I love them. I've cried during every single one. The tension relief, guide to breathing and letting go of negative feelings and emotion is exactly what I need. I plan to do this video every morning to help center myself and release any tension before the start of the day.

I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for several months after a bad breakup and this class... holy cow. I didn't know yoga could have this effect on me, but nearly every time I do this class, I have a sobbing catharsis (which sounds terrible, but is exactly what I need), especially during some of the hip stuff. I leave it feeling cleansed and lighter. I plan to do this every day until I've left my baggage behind.
And if you're not in a terrible place, emotionally, this is just a great, gentle yoga class for unwinding. My mother is in her late 70's and has back problems, as well as a lot of stress and I am going to get her to to this with me when I visit. I think it would be easily accessible (or at least adaptable) for all levels.

This was such an amazing practice, that when you announced you were going into final relaxation pose I found myself saying, "Already?!"
