In this video, David teaches you how to use pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) to move energy through your body, clear out energetic blockages and help you feel lighter, less inhibited and more relaxed. You will be doing deep abdominal breathing, the cleansing breath, kapalabhati, retentions, yogic locks (bandhas) and meditation. If you're looking to progress with pranayama, the class that is meant to go before this class is David's Pranayama Yoga To Wake Up.

Hello
I had a rushed morning, a very busy week, felt so tired after work that I delayed doing yoga till late and then relaised that it was not a good idea to arouse my mind and body just before sleep. So I will resume tomorrow.

Very interesting. I’m amazed at how breathing can both energize and relax.

I appreciate that the 30-day challenge introduces deep breathing exercises.

It’s good to mix things up but I have a harder time being interested in the breathing classes.
