Hard for me to rate it because I had a hard time following it. I didn’t know quite what to do. The terminologies are unfamiliar. I will try the Pranayama Yoga to wake up in the morning and see how that works out. I do seem to feel good afterwards.

Just finished a Kundalini class + thought a little extra Pranayama would compliment it nicely....it did. I love how energized i feel from the two and although i practice pranayama frequently i think ill use these classes a bit more...its nice to practice with someone. thank you.
