I found it quite difficult the first time but I’m getting much better with practice.
always can improve my breathing - excellent instruction
Hard for me to rate it because I had a hard time following it. I didn’t know quite what to do. The terminologies are unfamiliar. I will try the Pranayama Yoga to wake up in the morning and see how that works out. I do seem to feel good afterwards.
