Pranayama Yoga to Wake Up
Wake-up and clear your head with this short, but full, pranayama yoga class. It's the perfect combination of breathing exercises, including deep abdominal breathing, kapalabhati pranayama (the skull cleanser) and meditation. The diaphragmatic breathing helps calm your nerves before moving into the breathing techniques that wake you up. If you like this class, the next step is David's Pranayama Yoga To Move Energy.
Comments
I did this right after getting out of bed this morning! I feel energized and aware of my body. Normally I feel groggy in the mornings.
Interesting, challenging and energizing
This one definitely needs practicing. As always love the thorough instructions David provides. The proper pronunciation of the Sanskrit names is wonderful and very helpful.
An invigorating way to wake up and feel energized!
