So good. Lots to practice. I have found areas I suspected were tight, but hadn't been so near them as to feel the freedom I will find in their realease. Love this! Thanks so much!!
I have been working through Fiji's back catalog for months - main intention being to uncover classes I never knew existed. This class justifies why I am doing this. It's an absolute cracker. Being 60+ minutes, it's a class you can really get into. Fiji's teaching cues are spot on, so detailed you could almost practice with eyes closed (I wouldn't recommend doing so!). As much as this class is about strengthening the shoulders and lateral obliques, a mention should also go to the quads which burn (in a good way) in the lunges. Seek out this class - you will not be disappointed. Another keeper of a class that I will return to over and again. Thank you Fiji.
