I was so surprised to actually hold my first ever forearm balance!!
I didn't realise I wasnt keeping the shoulders engaged properly, but with the guidance. ..what a workout! Loved it!

Excellent class.
Instructions are clear for this challenging class, especially the shoulder stances.
Great for of us who are on computers a lot, or just holding tension in the shoulders.

I enjoyed so much this class. It is so good to focus on the shoulders, the space around them, to check their strength and stretch them. The class is also challenging , I found it difficult for my shoulders to carry the weight which is carried so well by the legs. I felt so well and so light after the class.

I really liked this class - it was exactly what I needed, my shoulders got a great workout without any tension being build up, as I can get when I workout at the gym. A whole new different poses for me so it was much fun and sweaty, though I sometimes found it hard to follow the flow, what the next move was, without looking at the screen.
Afterwards I got a nice, open (and tired) feeling in the shoulders and all the way down my back and sides of the shoulder-blades (with juicy, sore muscles for days afterwards). Even the legs and stomach got a good workout for me, my body tells me I need to do yoga more often and I will DEFINITELY do this class again 'cause I LOVE IT! Thank you Fiji!

I have always feared about inversion and arm balances. Fiji's awesome, and clear instructions help me to challenge myself. It was a new and wonderful perspective! Thanks Fiji for your videos.

I believe that it was because of this class I gained the strength to complete my first forearm handstand. A milestone for me. Brilliant.
