i was looking for a shoulder/heart opener and was scared that this practice would work it too much instead, but i decided to do it anyway because Fiji's classes are always good. And this class is just what i needed!! my shoulders do feel light and "reset".

I was really nervous about this class. I find Fiji's classes to be already challenging (in a good way) and then this one was labelled CHALLENGING intermediate, and on top of that a full length class! But it was actually a really great class that pushed me in ways I never knew! I have no arm strength and my shoulder's are really tight, but this class allowed me to progress slowly and push my boundaries in gentle ways. I wasn't able to do any inversions, but just working on my arms and forearms let me strengthen my body to help me get there down the road... thanks!

First of all, I'm loving the Challenge! Doing classes I hadn't done before and really stretching into new challenges. It's easy to gravitate to the same classes and get in a rut. Second, after the Challenge I would love to see suggestions on how to put the videos together in a series to work on certain goals. For example, if you want to start building more spine flexibility, list out 7 classes in a certain order that help you build toward that. I'm so random in how I pick classes. I would love some goal-based suggestions to help me branch out.
