Can you tell me which classes are similar? inversion and shoulder classes?

I started my practice today unhappy, thinking about how all my other yoga friends are leaps and bounds ahead of me and how things were too hard and maybe I shouldn't practice today. This class was a not-so-gentle-yet-needed reminder that I'm exactly where I need to be, and that if I continue to practice I will improve. Plus, one of my yoga goals is Pincha Mayurasana, so this class was absolutely perfect for me. Thank you!

i was looking for a shoulder/heart opener and was scared that this practice would work it too much instead, but i decided to do it anyway because Fiji's classes are always good. And this class is just what i needed!! my shoulders do feel light and "reset".

I was really nervous about this class. I find Fiji's classes to be already challenging (in a good way) and then this one was labelled CHALLENGING intermediate, and on top of that a full length class! But it was actually a really great class that pushed me in ways I never knew! I have no arm strength and my shoulder's are really tight, but this class allowed me to progress slowly and push my boundaries in gentle ways. I wasn't able to do any inversions, but just working on my arms and forearms let me strengthen my body to help me get there down the road... thanks!
