Just loved playing with new challenges and surprises - thank you so much, Tracey, for guiding us through, with clear, safe, and oh-so fluid 'instructions' and inspiration - to connect body and overall balance, stillness, awareness. Will re-visit (freshly) this one, and check out other Tracey classes!

Really able to tune into my breath during this class, can't believe I had never tried any of Tracey's classes before this challenge

Some great core work, good poses, but a bit slower paced than I would have preferred for a power class (and for what I was hoping to achieve today). Maybe I'll try this class again with a different mindset or when I'm not looking for a faster-paced class. It was more mentally challenging (took patience) than physically challenging for me today.

Great class as always, Tracey! Someday I will fly like a crow. I almost did today!

A bit challenging for me, but a great way to get my body ready for skiing tomorrow!

My today's meditation was on Activating my power.

What a great yoga session to follow it.

Thank you Tracey...

Merci Tracey

This class very sneakily got me to do some poses I've struggled with in the past. I did a full side plank without dropping a knee. I did some beautiful balance work in warrior 3. I didn't quite manage to balance my body weight on my forearms but maybe next time!
