This was such a beautiful class! Thank you very much, Tracey. That was exactly what I needed. I was able to stay curious and aware during the whole class and I even managed to do the first real crow pose of my life. I'll definitely be coming back to this one. Your guidance really makes the poses feal easy.

My new fav. I am training for a Half Ironman and this is my core strength and stretch day! Some core, some strength and some perfect stretches. Really re-energizing and ready for yet another week of training.

I'm so glad this turned out to be exactly what I was looking for today. I needed to shift my perspective real bad ("Oh, woe is me, I woke up feeling sick and cruddy this morning, what ever will I do..."), and it's not always an exact science figuring out which path of yoga will serve you best. This slowly but surely worked me out of stiffness and into putting on my game face for work today. Thank you so much, Tracey, your classes are definite staples for me.

I sometimes struggle with intermediate level classes and find that they move a little too fast for me, but this class was perfectly paced to help me move into poses i had never done before and to take time to align myself properly. I went through the 45 minutes steadily, even did the crow for the first time! Looking forward to taking more classes like this one!
