In this advanced pilates class Kathi uses breath and strong cues to attend to the subtle core and back body. Beginning more gently with a warm up, Kathi gradually progresses through a variety of challenging core-engaging postures that will leave you feeling well connected and energized.

After viewing the video I determined that I would be better off doing the intermediate pilates class from last week. It made much more sense for my abilities. Hopefully as I do more pilates I will be able to attempt the advanced class.

Again, wish this challenge had stuck to yoga. These classes are hard to follow and do not flow well.

I agree with the other comments, as someone new to Pilates, I felt it has very different cues and breathing to yoga. I was concentrating so hard on watching the screen and trying to follow, instead of focusing on the actual movement .
