Lovely morning sequence and really love the slower pace and your quiet, calm, clear voice. As a physiotherapist, something that might be an interesting value-added aspect of your practice could be to mention specific anatomical terms (without getting too technical) of the specific muscle group or fascia or organ which is being targeted in a pose. Welcome to DYWM & looking forward to more of your videos!
