This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

I've been doing yoga every day first thing in the morning and this has become my go-to class for work days when I wake up feeling tight and low-energy and only have time for a quick yoga session. This class is gentle enough to do no matter how I feel and always helps me to loosen up and feel more energized and motivated for the day.
