Thank you! I awoke this morning with a sore shoulder/neck from sleeping heavily on one side....
Your hatha flow was a gentle release for the tender spot! and it got the blood pumping. I began the practice with an intention to let go of my stress in the body and was grateful and rejuvenated by the end.

well for myself this is something I have been looking for many moons, this is much like a class I ttok with my first yoga teacher over 20 years ago, and since have never found again until now-the music is awesome and your pacing is perfect for me thank you so much

For me it is very fast . if she can show little slowly it will be good . too many different move and too quick she is switching.

I've often found that I'd like to slow down some videos. YouTube has that option, I wonder if there is a similar option for Vimeo but it hasn't been turned on as an option (playback speed). It would be a great added feature to this site's videos!!

Don't give up Rashmi, keep doing the routine and soon you will be able to anticipate the next move. Eventually you won't need the video at all, you'll know the routine by heart.
