This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

This was my very first yoga experience. It was fantastic. Very relaxing and yet energizing. Thank you.
Many thanks for this - it was quick and fun. Music was a little out of synch, in odd percussion and tempo. But Melissa is always excellent!
