Great jump start to the morning! Love the "get to your day" approach...it will help me not to dilly dally. Also warmed up all the key spots even in a short time which is great for mornings when I only have a little bit of time.

I have so much trouble doing yoga in the morning because my muscles are so stiff. But, if I let yoga be an afternoon activity I often skip it for other priorities. So, I developed my own morning routine to loosen my stiff muscles before following a video. But now I can follow Melissa which makes me so happy! Although, I am happy to report that the doyogawithme.com videos taught me well because my routine and Melissa's are very similar. One day I will do it all on my own, but for now I am happy to have a guide :)
