Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

I do a lot of other classes on this site, ranging from easy to advanced, but I have found that I keep coming back to this one over and over. It is a perfect start to the day when there are only a few minutes to practice, it is a great short class to add on at the end of another longer, stronger class, and it is a perfect middle-of-the-day interlude. I love that there is no shivasana at the end of this one, I love the breath of joy, I love how Melissa flows into releasing any little tight spots. Just a wonderful little practice. Thank you Melissa and DYWM!

I love this short wake up class. It's perfect for my mornings when I am short on time. It really goes through the whole body.

This is is a great energizer, and perfect for those surly mornings when I have a such a hard time getting going and only have time for a quick routine. Thank you!
