Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

I think I will be coming back to this video many many times as apart of my regular workouts.
Recognized the reversed breathing pattern of Stott-style pilates right away. Kicked my butt very much ... maybe I'll be able to do the whole routine some day. I had to supply a meditative soundtrack to it, too. Candles next.
