Oh, that was tough! My shoulders and planks are my weak points so there was a lot of modification going on. I don't always look at the screen, just listen to the cues so it was a lovely surprise when I glanced up during savasana to see the doggie taking a rest 🐶💖
Challenging yet terrific class. The poses/moves were so unique. Kim's cueing and lightness kept me going. Also, loved seeing the sweet sleeping pup!
Best practitioner hands down. This class has it all, and I have moved up to it. Pushed myself, and know I will be strong in the best places if I continue with it. Kim Wilson is the best!
LOVED this class. I have an Intermediate yoga practice, but I’m newish to Pilates— it was no problem following Kim’s clear prompts. Just what I needed today!

Great full body workout. No fancy poses but making the most of holding the poses and breathing into it. The twists are great and the next day my sides told me so. Thank you.

That was hard! But Kim kept me going with her encouragement and smiles. I was a bit disappointed we didn't get introduced to the yoga dog!
I never thought I’d get through this because Pilates is still a bit new to me, but Kim is so lovely and cheerful she makes you forget the time and then all of a sudden you’ve done it!

Wow, that was awesome! I mean, it was a little terrible in parts, lol, but Kim's energy and playfulness helped me through. Definitely intense on the shoulders w/ lots of planks and down dogs, and plenty of core engagement throughout. A nice challenge and change of pace from my usual vinyasa practices.
I enjoy Kim's positive energy and the pace of this class. Just the right amount of challenge.
I do find that this class is fairly taxing on my shoulders - it would be great to have more relaxation at the end of the class to relieve any tension in the shoulders. I wonder what kind of stretches would be beneficial to help stretch out and relax the shoulders?
Thanks for the feedback. Yes, pilates classes do tend to have a shorter relaxation at the end and less time spent on stretching. If you would like to follow this up with a class that stretches the shoulders, we have plenty. The best way to find them is to enter 'shoulders' into the search box above.

I am Anemic, so couldn't finish the class, but what I did of it was wonderful. I hope she stays. I want to do more classes from her when I get the rest of my energy back.
This was such a well-taught and challenging class. I love Kim's approach and vibe. I'm 57 years old and am fairly new to this, but even though the class was tough, it was easy to follow and Kim's encouragement was awesome. SOLD. Will do it again and again.

I seriously enjoyed this class..I have been on the site since May and only now tried a Pilates workout (I have done lots of classes, but not here). I felt this was an energetic workout, got me sweating and concentrating. I will be back for more! its the perfect thing to do when you want something a bit more energetic than the intermediate Vinyasa class

I disagree. I thought the levity she brought to the class made it that much more enjoyable- and helped to distract me from how hard I was working! Lovely class, lovely instructor :)
An energetic class, accompanied by a great smile. As a newbie to Pilates I did find it a bit tough (whereas I usually find the other intermediate yoga classes to be just fine) and I did have to look at the screen quite regularly. Some clearer vocal instructions would have been useful but a good workout and I'll most likely be back.
This was a great workout, which many have already said. So I'll add a couple of other comments - thoroughly enjoyed the fact that there was no accompanying music especially at the end when it was an incredibly wonderful silence during shavasana. Also appreciated the mudra at the end. I really didn't know much about mudras. Your ending and distinguishing between mudras led me to briefly explore more before typing this comment. Now I'll look at mudras more in depth and use them with a little more thought and understanding. Thank you.
This class really challenged me and I'm glad it did! The fast pace gives me motivation to keep at it. I also had to look at the screen a couple of times, but now that I've gone through it, I don't that will be an issue in the future. I'll be coming back to this one for sure! Thank you!

I thought this class was great but super tough. I wish there was more instruction on coming into and out of poses. I had to keep leaving a pose to look at the screen so I could figure out what she was talking about. Modification suggestions would have been nice also. With that said, I enjoyed the challenge and will try it again. I like Kim's voice and enthusiasm.

Really good and challenging class. Instructor is easy to follow, soothing, sweet voice but pushes you.
I've done this class on and off for about a year. I love it! I usually feel sore for at least a day after, but I also feel relaxed. I wish there were more of these pilates fusion classes, especially with Kim. She's so lighthearted about it.
Nice slow pace. Pretty intense poses. Alot of upper body and core work. My abs really felt it!
