Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

This is the first class I've done on this site. I was a little skeptical of an online yoga class, but this was great. I've done pilates and yoga in classes on and off for several years. This gave me the same great workout and motivation as an in-person class. Kim was a great instructor and I will be going through the rest of her videos for sure! The only thing I wished there were more of were modifications suggested for some of the poses, but that's really only nit-picking--the class was great!
If I'm ever in your area of BC, I'll be sure to come in for a studio class. Thanks, Kim!
this is the second video i have done on this site and i purposely searched for kim. she is so sweet and has such a great, gentle energy. this class is no joke!!! my shoulders and arms were burning about 5minutes into it. i didnt have any issues with my wrists as some of the other reviewers said; however, i did have to stop about half way thru for a water break because i was sweating.

This is my second video and I think that Kim is just the most wonderful teacher. She is encouraging while gently reminding you to tuck in your ribs! ;) She also gives such a thorough explanation of everything in the sweetest tone. She's great! :) This workout was a little hard on the wrists and I'm not very good at the roll up core work, but I'm going to keep doing my best!
