Although a time or two I found myself exclaiming "are you kidding me?!" - I found the entire video thoroughly challenging and enjoyable!! This is my second video from Kim's collection and I will now purposely scour out the rest! Also I have always wanted to try Pilates so this little blend is giving me a wonderful sneak-peek :D
This class is really fun! Can't wait to do it again. I feel great!
This was my first class on this site and I loved it! I usually do vinyasa and have been thinking about giving pilates a go. This was the perfect mix of the two.
