Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

I really enjoyed this fusion class, instruction was fantastic and Kim Wilson was positive and encouraging throughout the lesson! It was both challenging and enjoyable.
A good full workout, I appreciate the vinyasa mixed in and the more pilates style mat work at the end.
