Level 2 Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Our first fusion class, this one will challenge you from start to finish. Kim's light-hearted approach and effortless guidance makes this difficult class more accessible. But don't fool yourself - you may find your arms and legs shaking with fatigue more than once. Get ready for a workout!

After doing Kim's workout two to three times a week for the past four months, I cannot believe the difference in my core strength. I alternate my yoga routines every morning but make sure to include this workout at least twice a week. I highly recommend including this routine in your workouts. Great job Kim!!!

Loved it! I usually just do yoga and have wanted to branch out into pilates for an added challenge. This class is amazing for the transition. Kim is an awesome instructor with such positive energy and great smiles to encourage you! :)
