I am two-thirds through the class and stopped because my wrists hurt. Tough on shoulders too. This class is best for people who have a lot of upper body strength or regularly do vinyasa flow. I am used to more traditional pilates on the mat.
This is my first class on this site and I enjoyed every minute of it. It was challenging and refreshing. I will be using this class again. Thank you xx
