What an awesome class! I love and appreciate the way Rachel gives progressive steps in her classes – in this case, the use of the strap for binding behind the back – so that by the time you reach the peak poses, you approach them with willingness and confidence. Going into bound ardha chandrasana saw my confidence waiver, but the willingness to try it because of the progressive steps Rachel had already led us through encouraged me to give it a go! I look forward to returning to this class many times!

Bound ardha chandrasana is such a crazy pose! As MY teacher reminds me, sometimes we do the crazy poses so that we can practice getting knocked over and still holding our center together :) Thanks for taking the ride with me!

I like this class! I like that there is a warm up and a cool down and while challenging, the poses are something that I could eventually do.
