Rachel Scott at her best! :) Rachel has a beautiful way of making poses that aren't necessarily my favourite (*cough* Bird of Paradise :)) easy, effortless, and, dare I say, fun. From creating a sequence that warms up the right muscles to repetition of movement in different poses to create muscle memory, this was a rare moment where I actually enjoyed getting and staying in Bird of Paradise. Usually it feels awkward and unbalanced. Today I felt spacious and steady.

Oh... and Vasisthasana to Hanumanasana was super fun I had to pause the video to repeat it.

Been waiting for a new, long, full? class for the intermediate or advanced levels and this is such a great one. Tons of new shorter and short classes recently, not enough of these ones. Also, the cues on slightly wider knees for jumping from downward dog to the front of the mat and having less wait (to none) on the hands for hanumanasana, so useful! Thank you!
