Wow! I throughly enjoyed this practice. The focus on the hips and twists released the tension. The twisting folds were new and amazing. Crista is a great teacher and her classes are enjoyable!
I just love Crista's creativity in building the practice, offering suggestions to deepen the practice, building to challenges and her playfulness throughout. This practice left me feeling great
I appreciate the challenges Critsa offers in this class but I find her style around transitions and movements awkward within my body and make me wonder if I am doing them incorrectly. Unfortunately I don't feel refreshed after this class.
