Amazing way to start my Saturday! Not just great for the hips, as the title suggests, but also for the shoulders, and lots of good twists too :)
Truly beautiful class! I am a true intermediate and 1. modifications were perfect 2. having a couple of blocks handy was key. I was able to access 95% of this class, surprised myself with what I could do and got the closest (ever) to shoulder stand. thank you!
This is a lovely class to get you moving with a unique flow. I enjoyed the peak poses and twists. I now feel ready for my day.
Had to do a lot if adsptatayion but with a little work to let go of judgement it all was good!
