This is the second class from this instructor during the 30 day challenge. I have been practicing for years and can barely keep up with her. Does not feel like an appropriate beginner class.

I did this class as part of the thirty day challenge. I really feel it was a huge jump in difficulty from the other classes. The instructions were much faster and the poses much harder It is a good class but maybe shouldn't have been in a beginner challenge.

I DO NOT SEE HOW THIS IS CONSIDERED BEGINNERS . I FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS WAY TOO FAST FOR ME TO FOLLOW. (OR AT LEAST MY BODY CANNOT FOLLOW THAT QUICKLY!) PERHAPS YOU SHOULD DEVELOP A SEPARATE SECTION FOR SENIORS.
