I DO NOT SEE HOW THIS IS CONSIDERED BEGINNERS . I FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS WAY TOO FAST FOR ME TO FOLLOW. (OR AT LEAST MY BODY CANNOT FOLLOW THAT QUICKLY!) PERHAPS YOU SHOULD DEVELOP A SEPARATE SECTION FOR SENIORS.

Although I'm new to Do Yoga

Although I'm new to Do Yoga With Me,, I've been doing yoga for over 40 years and this video has quickly become my favorite. I love the way Sarah projects her voice throughout the video so that I don't have to go out and buy a set of speakers or bluetooth headphones for my computer. So many of the other teachers don't project enough for me to hear them--with my volume turned all the way up! I love Sarah's smile as she is telling us the meaning of Namaste and I love how this session makes me feel. THANKS, Sarah--Namaste!

With gratitude

Thank you so kindly for your remarks. I often listen to the playback and feel I sound thunderous but I have also had feedback in the past that one must project their voice as a service to the student. Thank you for noticing. Thank you for participating. Namaste.
