Also, I wanted to let all who have started this site aware that I am so thankful to have found this site. This has really opened the "yoga door" for me. You guys have done a superb job of giving information about the yoga practice. I greatly appreciate it and will continue to spread the good word for you guys!
Agree with the other comments. This class was way to fast and a bit more challenging for a beginner. So far my favorite class was Melissa Krieger's hatha flow from Day 9. Please add more of those to the beginner section of the 30-day challenge.
While I can see the feedback that this wasn't a beginner class, it's a great one for those of us who are returning to the mats after a long break. I'm finding myself kind of choosing either the intermediate or beginner depending on how I'm feeling that night. This was a nice a good one for someone like me.
