This is the second class from this instructor during the 30 day challenge. I have been practicing for years and can barely keep up with her. Does not feel like an appropriate beginner class.
I did this class as part of the thirty day challenge. I really feel it was a huge jump in difficulty from the other classes. The instructions were much faster and the poses much harder It is a good class but maybe shouldn't have been in a beginner challenge.
Once again, great class, Sarah!
Wonderful class, but I had to keep pausing and going back as the instructions are too fast to absorb and implement.
