A fulfilling challenge

"Challenging beginner" is a perfect way to describe this class. I thoroughly enjoyed it, as back bending is easily my weakest skill in yoga. This class helped me slow down and settle deeper into back bending than I maybe ever have. I absolutely loved the sound of wind and bird song during savasana, it brought me out of this years harsh winter and reminded me of the summer to come. Will definitely come back to this class! Thank you.

What a great transitional class from beginner to intermediate. I loved the flow, the gentleness, and the challenge. Great work! I'm looking forward to seeing more from you.

Also, I wanted to let all who have started this site aware that I am so thankful to have found this site. This has really opened the "yoga door" for me. You guys have done a superb job of giving information about the yoga practice. I greatly appreciate it and will continue to spread the good word for you guys!

Agree with the other comments. This class was way to fast and a bit more challenging for a beginner. So far my favorite class was Melissa Krieger's hatha flow from Day 9. Please add more of those to the beginner section of the 30-day challenge.

While I can see the feedback that this wasn't a beginner class, it's a great one for those of us who are returning to the mats after a long break. I'm finding myself kind of choosing either the intermediate or beginner depending on how I'm feeling that night. This was a nice a good one for someone like me.
