If you work at a desk or with your hands in any capacity - such as a musician or carpenter - it's important to keep your hands and wrists limber to maintain optimal health. This class is great for improving flexibility, range of motion and blood flow in the hands and wrists. It's a good way to help prevent or work with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome and it's a fantastic way to remove the tension and stress from an area that is so often over-worked.

I'm awake now! Great class to work on hand and wrist joints. Gentle way to bring energy into the body first thing in the morning, as well.

Felt great! I work a desk job and know this type of stretching would be so beneficial if done on a regular basis. I am going to incorporate this into my day. Thank you, David!

I used to avoid David's classes, because I always came away surprisingly very sore the next day, because he makes you work really hard without really moving much, and you don't realise it. Now I really prefer his methods of teaching.
