Hatha Yoga for Better Posture
Melissa takes you through a gentle hatha yoga class that helps you understand what good posture feels like and teaches you how to improve posture through certain exercises and stretches. It serves as a posture corrector, moving you from bad posture to good posture while emphasizing core strength and proper breathing.

Delicious Melissa and mellifluous. Excellent for my nervous system which was very compromised after much dental work yesterday. So soothing, and thank you for the extra bits of information which inspires. I'll enjoy this as a regular practice.
Hi Melissa
I started your classes ( and others) on here a few months ago and started to feel really good but then became lazy again etc. However I have just done this class to 'get me going' again and I feel amazing - I have Scoliosis and this class feels particularly great for me in every way. Thankyou SO much and I will pay some money soon!
Struggle with poor posture. Loved this and the realistic explanations. I'll be back tomorrow.
