As always, great video. Even though a lot of the poses are the same throughout the Beginner videos, I like when special attention is paid to every aspect of even the (seemingly) simple ones, like Mountain Pose. It helps me increase my body awareness and reap the full benefits of each pose. Thank you so much for this video and all the others.
