Woke up this morning with anxiety about the COVID-19 mess. As a psychotherapist, I have been trying to help others deal with their anxiety, but this morning I realized it was time to deal with my own -- and this was a perfect way to do it! Thank you Melissa -- I love all of your classes!!!

What was nice for me with this practice was the amount of tension I had around my jaw from some mouth surgery last week. I can only do gentle yoga and was wondering if I could get rid of the tension and still do yoga since I have to be gentle. This practice did the trick. It relieved the tension around my jaw. I just love yoga, DYWM and Melissa!

Once more, Melissa provides a session that is kind and gentle to oneself. And, yet, there is still heat created in the body, so I know more is happening. I feel more centred and calmer after this practice. Thank you, Melissa!
