I always love how Melissa keeps me focused on the breath in every class she teaches. I was a little tired after yesterday's great class, so today was a nice change.

I really enjoyed the affirmations and the setting (with the sound of the ocean). I think I prefer more verbal cues though to k ow what I’m supposed to be doing.
I enjoy the variation of videos’ style, length, and movement. It’s been nice to relax today.

This is one of my favorite classes. It not only helps with my fibro pain, but helps with the stress and anxiety that result from the fibro. Thank you for this gentle and healing class.
