This is just what I need to relax after an intense day of classes. Melissa's classes are always a welcome journey. Her thoughtfulness and encouragement to practice self care keep me coming back to the site daily.

I love this and will bookmark Melissa's class for many repeats. My newest go to for relaxing with movement or to lower stress. Came across this class as today's morning's challenge for day 14 was only 15 min. That was perfect for the morning and a great lesson. Yoga has become an important part of my daily routine.

Thank you for these superb classes that I can do at home.
