A Full-Body Flow for Beginners
This gentle practice with Melissa is a full-body slow flow that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You can use this relaxation practice any time of the day. Note: You will need a block or cushion to sit on.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Loved this slow flow class. Love all of Melissa's classes. Her cues for positioning and breathe are so intuitive it is like she knows when I'm tensing a part of my body that needs to be reminded to relax.
