A Full-Body Flow for Beginners
This gentle practice with Melissa is a full-body slow flow that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You can use this relaxation practice any time of the day. Note: You will need a block or cushion to sit on.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Wonderful slow flow with Melissa’s reliably calming teaching style. The tweeting birds, the waves breaking on the pebbly shore and the Olympics peeking through the clouds in the distance make for a very zen practice.
Love this new short practice. This morning I felt I needed a break from my beginner-to-inter. program and this was perfect. Off to a nice snowshoe this afternoon.
