Just what my husband and I needed after a difficult week. This is our first class with Guy. We found it to be truly therapeutic. Nice opening with the bells, clear instructions, relaxed but steady pace. My husbands headache vanished and I felt like a new person.

Its my first lesson with Guy. I really loved this one and will be looking for more of your lessons. A truly humble, nurturing and relaxing class. I really liked that you started with a short centering which I miss in a lot of the other teachers classes. I loved the chimes. Thank you. I am not a senior citizen either but have health limitations and can't do the intermediate lessons even though I have been doing yoga for many years - this was perfect.
