Thank you. This was a very good class to wake up the body after a year-long absence of yoga. The core needs to build and the low back gain strength again. Holding the strong poses, I am very aware of the musculature. I'll repeat this tonight !

Helpful & appreciated! One request, which applies to others’ videos too not just yours: that you pause slightly between statements/sentences. I have some hearing loss, and need more time to grasp what’s said, so pacing and spacing of speech is a major factor in my fully comprehending. Clarity of consonants is particularly important. This seems to be true of many w hearing loss.
This was a fabulous way to ease into a workday. More slow yoga please with the lovely chimes. Slow is beneficial to all. Thank you Guy.
